Kaysi had her birthday sleepover Friday night and I have to say all went well. No drama or crying like her last one in Dallas. I swore that night I would never do it again. Anyway, we all came home from school and they hung out for a while. I hooked up the Karoke machine and had a bunch of snacks set out. Then I fixed those scrumptous 98 cent Totinos pizzas. I mean I went all out for this one. Then about 8:00 we went to the beach to go crabbing. They had more fun!!! Then Saturday we got up and had breakfast and went to the beach again.
This is Kaysi's reading teacher and her little girl. She stopped by and hung out for a while. Her mom lives a street over from us.

Way to go, Wendy. GOOD POST!! I loved all the beach pictures. You are quite the little photographer aren't you?
Kaysi and Katie look like they have grown up on the beach. Look at Kaysi commanding those waves. YOU GO GIRL!
My favorite picture of them all was the last picture....THE STAND!!! WOW! I don't know how you handle all the stress...what with making all those snowcones AND keeping such a large place up...HOW DO YOU DO IT? Not to even mention if a kid comes up and wants FIVE flavors on the snowcone. How do you fit them all in? Wheewh!
Krister------That is why I have such horrible CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME. I mean holding the cup, turning the switch on and off, scooping the ice in, pouring the syrup. I mean really you have no idea. People think it is all fun and games but let me tell you one thing sister it is not. Then the little brats that come up and want a "Rainbow" flavor sno cone. I have to go put my wrist splints on for those.
OK, Wendy, I am dying laughing. Good comeback. You might want to see a doctor about that.
Oh man...I'm so jealous after looking at all those beach pictures...you guys are so lucky! Looks like the girls had a good time...glad there was no drama. Is that sno cone stand really y'alls?? What a bonus for your girls if it is!!
Jen----Yes that sno cone hut is really ours. Dad has had it for a while. $2.75 per sno cone. I tell him he is awful to charge children such a ridiculous price!! But they pay it all day long.
If the girls would have gotten out of hand, you could have told them to stop being so "crabby". Get it, crabby??? You know, they were crab fishing and....well, never mind.
Krister I had never even thought about the correlation you just had about the whole crab, crabby, etc. And of course I am probably the only one laughing!! Our funniness just never gets old to me---Is that a sign we are weird or something?? I didn't think so either---
