My sweet little Katie B turned 10 on Monday. We have kind of made it a tradition that they don't go to school on their birthday!! I know, I know I am horrible. Anyway, it did not take much to wake her up yesterday morning!! She was so excited!! She absolutely loves birthdays!! More than the average child I think. Anyway, we went shopping and she got a new Webkinz, some craft stuff and Kaysi bought her a purse. Then we went to Outback for dinner. She is having some girls over Friday to spend the night.

Did Katie B appreciate my birthday phone call? YOu were next door yik-yacking with a neighbor instead of being with your children. As Always! Anyway, she is a little angel girl. She probably has wings sprouting out of her back.
Yes she did tell me about your call. My first question was did she sing the whole thing and Katie b said oh yeah and then I asked was it in opera and Katie b said yes -- so you did not let me down and she was so excited that you called. You have that affect on people for some reason. I guess being around me all these years has really helped you in life.
